Appointment cancellation policy
At Her Agency, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a fair schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will also be charged to the payment method on file.
2. Payment Policy
When booking an appointment with Her Agency, you will be required to provide a valid payment method, which will be securely stored for future use.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the $50 fee will be automatically charged to the saved payment method.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can contact us or you can cancel through the link on your email.
4. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, you may contact us directly to discuss a possible waiver of the cancellation fee. Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Her Agency.
5. Changes to the Policy
Her Agency reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
